Im involved in a class action settlement.The administrator “rust consulting” said they sent the payment yesterday through paypal but i didnt receive it.now theyre saying paypal didnt send the money because of “risk management” & have the funds on hold for up to 30 days. I just created this paypal just to receive this payment.when i call paypal theyre saying nothing is wrong with my account,i can receive payments & no transaction was attempted. I lost my job & really need this money & i cant get help from ANYONE. Paypal is acting clueless & i cannot contact the department at rust who issues the payments.everyone is saying they emailed the administrator & theyre saying theres nothinf they can do & i need to contact paypal myself, but when i do paypal see’s NOTHING.
