Cant receive payments from other people . “The recipient can’t accept payments right now” .

I can't receive payments from other people. When they try to send me money, they get a message “You can’t send them money . The recipient can’t accept payments right now” . And a little earlier I received a notification that my account functions are limited , and i should provide additional information. And I have a question, can't I get paid because of that? And how soon my account features will return if I sent them information . And how can I solve this problem because I can't receive payments and money from my website
