Hi! I cashed in through gcash and it resulted to a system error in gcash. However the amount has been deducted in my paypal balance. I really needed that fund for my bills. Please help me. I reached out to papyal custom support and they just told me it was shown as a completed process in their end. I clearly did not receive my cash and gcash event sent me an error notice.
have this same issue! contacted both paypal and gcash support but not yet reply to any. some threads here suggest waiting 24-48 hours for the refund so i’ll update once they get back to me
