Hi, i have an issue where i was paying for a $559 payment, paypal says i paid $559 but the total was $671 and thats what i was charged, when i click on the bill it says "This payment is for part of your $671.44 purchase at..." I triple checked whether there was a fee on the receipt but it said $0 for the fee, what can this be and how do i go about it
