I understand your concern about the transfer from Coinbase to PayPal. When the transfer is initiated, the funds are credited instantly. You'll wait for few minutes to receive your money. However, sometimes, it may take longer time than expected as all the transactions as subjected to reviews. In this case, you may check the status of the transfer on the Coinbase account or reach out to their team to see if there are any issues.
