Credits in account aren't available and don't deduct from future purchases or appear in wallet

Credits came into my account, but have not come off any subsequent purchases and they don't appear in my wallet or paypal balance. They sit there as credits, but are not deducted off purchases after that.

I do understand that credit is not available in your PayPal wallet. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
