Declined, but charged.

I made a purchase on a webstite that sells giftcards know as cashstar. I purchesed 2 giftcards and tried to checkout with paypal but when i click purchase, it said something was wrong with paypal and the payment was declined, I talked to cashstar they said it was a paypal problem because they never recieved the purchase. I still ended up being charged on my card but no transaction popped up on paypal. Someone please help

If nothing on paypal then it should drop back to your card in a few days, check with your card issuer?
