I'll keep this simple and brief as to answer the obvious questions upfront:
-The bank account and my name for paypal are the same as none of the information has changed in the past, present or near future nor has any bank account information changed as of late.
-I've been able to use paypal and my bank before to accrue my refunds with minimal issue aside from the 3-5 wait.
-These refunds have been done before via Steam and have had no issue in the past before
To clear the FAQ portion out of the way, recently seeing a denial for 31 USD on my account because it was denied to be transferred to my bank is a little annoying, as I've never had an issue like this before happen. And, it's quite frustrating when your bank tells you everything is fine on their end and your support for your paypal is nill to non-existent being fed the same boiler plate response of try again in 24 hours.
