I'm not really sure where in the pipeline the issue is actually taking place, I've already sent a support ticket to Streamlabs themselves about this but thought I'd ask here in case other people have had similar problems or if anyone in general can shine a light on the subject.
I stream and have recently being sent some money in the form of Donations via the Streamlabs 'Tip' page, the donations show on the recent events page of my Streamlabs Dashboard but nothing has arrived in my Business PayPal account as of yet (it's been about 24 hours since the Donations were originally sent). Streamlabs give you a guide for setting up a Business PayPal account to be used with their services, which I followed and setup. Streamlabs uses your Merchant ID to handle the transactions, which the Merchant ID is setup and matches the Merchant ID of my PayPal account. As far as I'm aware I've done everything correctly and as instructed but nothing has come through to the PayPal account yet.
This very well could have nothing to do with the PayPal side of things and could all be on Streamlabs to sort out, but I just thought I'd ask here in case.
