EUR account opening in Hungary

We have a running business PayPal account in Hungary, and we would like to open a EUR account so that we can accept payments in EUR in our webshop, which is available all over Europe. However, I have not found a solution for this, only for the local currency. Accordingly, we cannot provide PayPal service for our EU customers. Please help me if anyone knows how to implement this

Hi @trepxe

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues accepting payment in different currencies. Have you tried adding the EUR currency on your PayPal account? Here's a Help Center article to guide you through: How do I manage my currencies in PayPal?

If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Teams for further assistance.

Best wishes!

HI PayPal_JonK,

Sorry for not returning earlier.

I have a valid EUR account (I am a Hungarian company) and I accept EUR payments from my webshop. However, I cannot set up a EUR bank account in Hungary to which I can transfer the EUR, because PayPal's system says that it can only be converted to the local currency (HUF) I cannot add a EUR account for payouts...I don't want to convert, I purchase in EUR and get paid in EUR. Conversion loss is not an option here. How can I transfer from my PayPal EUR account to a traditional bank EUR account in the same country?
