Error message: (2070) PayPal Buyer Revoked Pre-Approved Payment Authorization

Our payment gateway took too long to answer, please wait a few seconds and try again. Our team has been notified of this issue.
Our payment provider says: "Subscription cannot be updated as we are not able to collect AUD 395.60 from your card on file. Error message: (2070) PayPal Buyer Revoked Pre-Approved Payment Authorization."

 

I made an initial payment on PayPal to MoodleCloud and was billed for the wrong plan so I had to cancel the subscription now I want to make a subscription and I'm receiving this error message.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

 

A new subscription must be established with the merchant. The buyer must go through the checkout process again to obtain new payment authorization approval.

 

If you are still facing issues, please create an MTS ticket via - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US  with the detailed information and error details.
