I was trying to make a payment on Fiverr in USD. I tried to pay using my Paypal balance (USD). Paypal is forcing me to use credit card rather than using PayPal balance. It was allowed it past but now it is not allowed. Is it problem at Fiverr end or or Paypal end. what is the solution to this.
