Fraudulent Echeck being deducted from my bank account

A year ago, I had a payment deducted from my bank account for $59.99 by PayPal Echeck. My bank pretty much just made it seem like I must have had a charge that I didn’t keep track of, however, this never showed in my PayPal history. Yesterday, a year to the day of the first charge, I get a second charge for the same thing, this time for $54.99. Nothing showing in my PayPal account. This sure seems like fraud to me. Anyone else have this experience?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Thank you, but no…nothing. I can’t find anything on my PayPal account regarding these transactions.
