Welcome to the PayPal Community, and thank you for your post! If I understand correctly, you're looking to transfer your money from a gift card to your PayPal account. I would be happy to help with some information.
It is not currently possible to add money from a card to a PayPal account. If it's a refillable stored value Visa or MasterCard Gift Card that is not specifically associated with a specific store, you may be able to add it and confirm it to your PayPal account's Wallet, but I would recommend registering the card to your name and address on the gift card's website first to allow confirmation of the card.
