Got scammed in facebook marketplace

I bought shoes in facebook marketplace. I sent the money with paypal to seller and after that he deleted his account and vanished. Please help me get my money back.

As long as you paid using goods/services you would have buyer protection and could open a dispute for non receipt of item as per link.
