i transfered funds from my paypal through gcash cash in..the money was deducted from my paypal balance but it did not reflect in my gcash wallet..paypal support at first replied that i need to contact gcash.but gcash sent me a message confirming that the transfer from paypal was not processed..i contacted paypal through their support,resolution center and contact number but got no reply anymore.by the way,paypal deducted money from my linked card for a no minimum limit withdrawal but my card was declined after paypal took money from it,,paypal said that i will be refunded but i got no refund...PAYPAL IS NEVER SAFE AT ALL! its about time to stop using paypal..WESTERN UNION and BANK TRANSFER is way better and SAFE where theres physical outlet,office and bank u can go personally for any concerns and talk to,literally REAL people and not ROBOTS like paypal where u only be redirected to same FAQS that never even help resolve issue
