Having issues with transaction details page repeatedly coming up blank

Hi, I'm wondering if anyone else has been having this issue and if they know how to fix it.  This has been happening the last few weeks, and I can't seem to find anything about it.

 

When I log into my account and go to "transaction details", I can only look at 3 of them before any others that I click on come back with a blank page.  The only solution I've found is logging out and in again, which gets annoying and takes a lot of time because I have to start doing the security picture checks and text validation because I'm logging in and out so much.  I have to log in and out 9 times to look at 25 transactions.  

 

The page just says "Transaction Details" then has a large dash underneath it, completely blank.  I reached out to support and they told me not to use a VPN (I never have) and then told me I must be getting timed out, which is not true because this happens within seconds of logging in.  Then they told me they couldn't help me any further. 

 

This didn't happen at all to me last year.  Has anyone experienced the same, or know any solutions?  Thank you!

I've been having the same problem for months, didn't happen to me last year either 😞 Still haven't figured out a solution, looks like I can start opening up more transactions after 10-20 min pass so I've just had to do that.
