Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you are unable to send money from your PayPal account. I recommend you to login to your PayPal account and check your Resolution center to see if your account is limited. If yes, please follow these steps to resolve the limitation. If your account is not limited, it is likely that our internal security system might be stopping the transactions for security reasons. Please try again after 48-72 hours by clearing the cookies/cache in your browser/app and do not make multiple attempts within this timeframe.
