How can I stop payments to DAZN. I purchased a ppv fight and was given a free month and told if I didn't cancel then £14.99 would be taken each month. For some reason I couldn't access my account on DAZN on either my phone or TV and they are saying I signed up to a monthly subscription which I didn't. I just got someone on chat and after a lot of back and forth the chap agreed to cancel and even offered me a reduced monthly deal which I declined. I thought that was it and all would be fine but oh no an email arrives telling me my Subscription is cancelled but a payment will be taken tomorrow due to their 30 day rule. Can I stop this being paid? Any advice would be appreciated.
