How do I block my PayPal from making certain payments for stupid purchases

I play online games and spend a ridiculous amount of money on extra lives etc.   Currently it’s paid by PayPal to Apple. Is there a way to block payments from PayPal to Apple?  I’m talking £40 -50 a day. 😫
