How do I send my dollars to my account in a bank in Israel? (without converting the currency)

Foreign currency will always be converted to local currency on the withdrawal unless you withdraw USD to US based bank account that has a ABA Routing number. $35 USD withdraw fee would apply. You may want to try withdrawing to a USD currency card. You need PayPal customer service to set the card’s currency to USD for you because the default is ILS. PayPal can only set card to one currency.
