How do I track a payment with Transaction ID?

How do I track the status of a payment with the payment ID? Because the sender hasn’t gotten a refund yet and the recipient hasn’t gotten any payment too

I understand your concern about the payment. Any payment processed through PayPal should be listed on the activity page. Here's the help center article to know the status of the payment. Check if the payment was sent to the right PayPal account and let the receiver know that the PayPal email address should be confirmed to receive money in their account. If everything is fine, kindly check Resolution Center to find out if you have received any notifications about your account status and having issues.
