How do i get a one time payment card I've applied and been approved for pay in 4 a long time ago but they response from customer support is apply for pay in 4

You don't get a card for pay in 4, this is how it works.

Yes I understand how it works but you can also get a one time payment number to purchase from sites that do not accept paypal
