I recently deauthorized Apple Services because I did not recognized an activity to my account. I check my bank account there was no money that got involved. I realized that I have reported and put on a case and did not realized it will block Apple Services. How do you reauthorize it? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that you deauthorized Apple Services on your account. Once a Billing Agreement like this has been cancelled on your PayPal account it cannot be reopened. You can however contact Apple and set up a new Billing Agreement with them to continue using their services.
