How to Verify paypal account?

Hello

i want to ask how can i be able to verify my paypal account ? my status is good. bank account is already connect, also with the card. But i cannot be able to purchase.there's a warning message say "We are sorry but we cannot setup PayPal as your payment method because it is not verified. Please verify your PayPal account or add a payment card."

Did you confirm the bank account after adding it?

yes. also there's no more notification on my account ( i mean,  what to do from paypal ) . 

do you have a solution ? what should i do, because i'm so confused.
