I believe you've questions about receiving a payment. In order to receive money through your PayPal account, you can share your confirmed email or phone number with the sender/buyer and ask them to pay using it. You can also send out money requests and Invoice to your clients and ask them to pay through it. If you face any issues, you can contact PayPal support and we should be able to help.
