How to transfer money in "Money In" or "Insights"

Dear community,

When I go to my dashboard and look in the box labeled "Insights", I see "Money In", with 77.25$ from a refund.

It has been 5 days when the refund was completed.

However, at my paypal balance, I see $0.

How do I move my money from "Money In" to my bank account or my card ? ( I funded this payment by visa card  )

It "money in" isn't in my PayPal balance, where is it ?

Hi @MedericVu2015!

If you made a payment with your Visa card, the refund will go back to the same Visa card. It will not go to your PayPal balance. It generally takes 3 - 5 business days for the refund to appear in your bank/credit card balance. I hope this helps!
