I have a Paypal merchant account and I am going to receive payments from international customers (mostly USD). By default the money gets credited to the Paypal Balance. Now what I know, the money gets automatically withdrawn to back account in 24 hrs in by default to my bank account in India. So before it getting withdrawn, can I buy anything online which is priced in USD using the Paypal balance in India?
