How to withdraw money to Ukranian bank account?

I have my PayPal account which is registered with my Spain address (so PayPal recognizes me as a Spain user). In order to withdraw money to my Ukranian bank account I have to link this bank to my PayPal account. When I click on the Link Bank button it asks me to provide an IBAN number and choose a country from the list, the problem is there is no Ukraine in the list of countries.

The question is - is there a way to link my Ukranian bank account if I have PayPal registered with Spain address?

I am glad to assist you today. I can understand that you are trying to link the Ukraine bank account to your Spain PayPal registered account. I would like to inform you that you can only able to link your local bank account or US bank account for withdrawal, you will not get an option to link your Ukraine bank account to your Spain PayPal account.

Hi! Thanks for your reply! ok, got it. There is one more question - do you know (by chance) if there are any other PayPal accounts (not Spain) for example (Israel) that could link Ukrainian cards for withdrawals? To put it differently is there a way at all to link Ukranian accounts for withdrawals (is this option available for any other countries)?
