I CAN'T find the old page to cancel "Withdrawals managed by my bank", I used to use this link: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ap-manage-preapprovals (old PayPal site) to cancel it, now I don't seem to find it on the new PayPal website.

I understand that you would like to cancel withdrawal on the account. Unfortunately, there is no option to cancel a transfer. Please be advised that if there are any issues found with the transactions, the funds will be reversed back to the original payment method.
