I can't find the option to convert currency on paypal

I can't find the option to convert currency on paypal, I want to convert from ILS to USD to make a purchase but there is no option to do it.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry for the confusion when trying to convert your currency in your PayPal account. Currency conversion of your Paypal balance within your PayPal account is not available for Israeli accounts. Currency conversion can take place, depending on the transaction, normally only when sending a payment or making a withdrawal as withdrawals to bank accounts in Israel can only be done in ILS.

Do you know a way to convert currencies outside of paypal? Some online service that works with paypal maybe?

Great question! Unfortunately, no, I wouldn't be able to advise on any third-party services outside of PayPal.
