For some countries, the option to send friends & family payments is not available. If you're not able to send friends & family payment, please try to send the payment as goods & services payments.
If you're unable to send goods & services payments, it may be because of the possible risk associated with the transaction. PayPal security system reviews every transaction and may temporarily block the payment if it deems risk. You can try the payment again at a later date by clearing cache, cookies & history or using a different device or browser. If the issue persists, please reach out to the support team to get this resolved.
