I can't subscribe to peacock

I selected a subscription plan from peacock and I selected PayPal as a payment method so I directed me to my PayPal account there it was saying agree and pay and I pressed it I got a message that PayPal deducted $1 from my account but I still didn't get the subscription for peacock so please help I need the subscription urgently. Why is it not paying for the plan I choose and deducted $1.
