I can`t transfer money from on hold

Hi guys,
yesterday i requested 20$ from my friend, and he gave me ...
but after paying my money are frozen and are on hold...
I set tracking status info to:shipped but still he don`t have button or something to confirm the delivery so i can get my money. Do u have any other solution how i can take my money from on hold ?

Sounds as if your friend used the goods/services option to send you your money instead of friends/family so Paypal saw you as a new seller.
This can happen if they select the wrong option when they send funds OR you don't have the friends/family option in your country?
Try marking the transaction as processed then the sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed.
If not then sadly its 21 days.

Once the hold time has elapsed, the funds would become available in your PayPal balance to be spent or withdrawn by you at your leisure. I hope this helps!
