I cannot cancel automatic payments to Google! How to add a cancelled payment back?

I cannot cancel payments to Google!  I tried several times, it appears to cancel, but when I check active automatic payments. They are still there! Also in dealing with this problem, I mistakenly cancelled automatic payments to Microsoft.  How do I add them back??

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues to cancel your subscription with Google. I know it must be stressful. Here is the link for more information on how to cancel the subscription with them. Regarding the subscription payments, if a payment is completed, it won't have the option to cancel on the PayPal side. However, you can contact the merchant for a refund. If the merchant is not replying or helping, you can file a dispute in the Resolution Center. Regarding the subscription with Microsoft, you will need to contact the Microsoft team to activate a new subscription. Once the old subscription is canceled, it can't be reactivated.
