I didn't received money in my bank account, please solve this issue

Hello PayPal Community,

 

The sender has transferred the money, and PayPal has confirmed that the transaction was completed successfully. The money was supposed to be received by December 5th, 2024. However, when I visited my bank branch, they informed me that no money had been received. I also haven't received the funds in my bank account.

 

I have been using PayPal for the past 3-4 years and have never encountered an issue like this before. Currently, there is no update or status showing where my money is.

 

Please assist me in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance for your help.

Country of sender?

Currency being sent?

Do you have a linked and confirmed bank account on your paypal account?

Did you get a paypal email to confirm funds sent but nothing in your paypal account activity or balance?
