I get generic error while trying to process the transaction

Hi,

I used to pay for this seller many times already but since last noth I cannot finish the transaction. I get this code and return to seller page notification. What is it?

No idea, check with the merchant you are trying to purchase from?

I am not sure if this is merchant problem as I did check and for other users form different country it works fine. This is fredmiranda forum.
