I placed an order of 7 items, only 6 items arrived. I contacted Sports Direct as the missing item was a £55 pair of jeans. They have been pretty useless, saying the jeans were picked and scanned into my parcel. They are 100% not there!! There was no damage to the parcel whatsoever, otherwise I would have rejected the parcel.
I have used Sports Direct for years, and I am shocked how bad their customer services is (never had to contact them before).
Anyway, im getting nowhere asking them to sort this. I paid via paypal, is there anyway to open a dispute for just that item? I would have preferred to receive the jeans but dont think thats going to happen.

Hello @Mum2Two,
Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.
In this situation, you should file a Not-As-Described dispute. You will then have the option to choose 'Item missing' and provide further details.
