The vendor's website is gone and my emails to them are also not going through. But Paypal says I need to ask them to cancel it. Is there another way? I have already lost money to them with them being MIA but I just want to make sure my recurring payment does not go through again.

Then it sounds as if you paid as a guest buyer via a card and not logging into your paypal account during checkout?
If so you may have to talk to your card issuer to cancel the subscriptions?

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

Hi yes I have checked that, it is not there. I remember making payment through Paypal but not linking it to my account. I also have an email receipt for those payments and the order id.
