INSTANT TRANSFERS TO MY VISA DEBIT CARD KEEPS FAILING

Hi, I've been getting denied or prompt at doing my instant bank transfers to my VISA debit card that is tied to my main bank account. I never had issues with this before, but now I've been getting this. I don't have security issues or account limitations. I keep getting denied every time I do an instant transfer. I've tried doing this on pc or on the PayPal app. I also tried calling customer service which just left me to an automated robot answering machine and didn't bother connecting me to a representative. Has anyone run into this issue? How do I resolve this?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to withdraw to your visa card. Currently there is a known issue with the withdrawals to Visa card. I would suggest you to reach out to PayPal support team to get your information added to any open tickets to aid the  technicians in researching and resolving this issue.
