Has anyone else had an issue sending or paying money from USA to USA but gets the due to international regulations your transaction has been declined ? Im trying to make a deposit to a casino app and 3 timew from 3 casinos I got the error saying due to international regulations transaction declined.im in usa&so are the casinos&they accept paypal.the customer service rep gave me the link to this. I can wait for my paypal cash card to come or transfer to the bank but its the principal that bothers me. Im trying to complete a legal transaction & keep getting the international error
