I set up this account specifically to “funnel” rewards that I got from survey-taking sites to my Robinhood debit card. It was great; I would just send a couple bucks every now and then, accept* the money on paypal, transfer it instantly to my RH debit card. A couple months ago, this stopped working. Apparently my debit card was no longer acceptable because the bank (Sutton Bank) did not allow instant transfer. This was fine because RH was actually in the process of switching their debit card services to JPMorgan Chase, who did allow instant transfer. Just recently my card officially got changed to JPM, but instant transfer still does not work. All paypal says when I click on the “why can’t I see my card?” option is that my RH debit card is not eligible. Can anyone help me fix this? I have found a workaround for the short term if anyone is interested. *I’m not actually ever holding any funds in Paypal, just transferring the funds away as soon as I accept.
