Invoices not being received by customers

My customers are not receiving my invoices. I've been doing this same process for years with no issues.

I enter their email address and item, quantity, and price on a saved template then hit send. No error message on my end. Invoice never hit customers Inbox or Spam folder. What's the issue?

I am having the same issue.  I also am not receiving the email stating that I sent an invoice.

It's July 21, 2023 and my customers are not receiving their invoices and haven't for almost a month now.  Is there still an ongoing issue internally?

Sorry to hear that your customers are still not receiving the invoices from your PayPal account. It could be a known issue with receiving invoices and I would suggest you to reach out to PayPal support team to get your information added to any open tickets to aid the technicians in researching and resolving this issue.
