Invoices not sending

Is anyone not able to send invoices I keep getting an error message and to call PayPal, I’ve obviously tried this but customer service is shut, so just wondered if anyone else had the same problem Thanks

I also can't send invoices let me know when yours starts work I will try again tomorrow

I can't also send invoices via API nor paypal Portal.
