I received money through mass payment is it considered as Goods and Services?

Hello @Joannxdesigns,

Welcome to the PayPal Community - great question!  When you receive a mass payment, PayPal doesn't take out like the processing fee, but the transaction received does get reported onto a 1099 if you end up qualifying for one.
