Is section 75 covered with guest account?

My travel agent is requesting funds via PayPal. If I pay with a credit card through a guest account am I covered under section 75?

3 different issues.
1. If you have to file a dispute for 'service not received' you can open a paypal dispute as long as you log into paypal to pay for the item. If you pay as a guest buyer then paypal will normally direct you to take it up with your card issuer.
2. If you do a chargeback via your card issuer then that is not a paypal issue.
3. If you don't have any luck with either then you can evoke the section 75 and take the seller to the small claims court.
Advice is voluntary.
