I've been using the Esso iPhone app with PayPal to pay for petrol for months. Yesterday got an 'Unfortunately we couldn't complete your purchase' error. No further explanation or hint of how to fix it. Anyone else getting this?
Luckily I was able to switch to another payment provider in the iPhone to to get my fuel, so will leave it like that till I can get an explanation.
Happen to me today was a bit annoyed because I had a debit card registered to it which was offering 10% cashback on esso app transactions and it didn't work so I kicked off at the guy on the kiosk and he couldn't help me but did get some nectar points at esso. Just frustrating I want to know why it didn't work.
