Thanks for reaching out to the Community!
When a payment is sent via the PayPal system, both the sender and the recipient will receive a unique Transaction ID. You can locate the the specific payment in the Recent Activity section of your PayPal account's Summary page.

I just want to know is it possibale that two transaction made by different account has a same transaction id ?
That's to say, is transaction_id or (paypay_account, transaction_id) unique globally ?

Hi @Shinegrin,
Thank you for your reply. The transaction ID is completely unique. The same transaction would have a different ID if viewed by the buyer than it would be if viewed by the seller, and no two transactions share the same transaction ID, globally.
I hope this helps!
Olivia
