#JD RAFFLE REFUND ISSUE

Hi paypal im zheng [removed], at 12th jan 2023 ive joined an online shoe raffle (JD sports MY) and it turns out i did not win the raffle. Few days ago, its shown on my paypal saying “authorisation in progress” but now it has disappeared from activity and there’s no information or whatsoever regarding the refund of raffle money. is there any other ways that i could check my refund progress, please help T.T

If there was an authorization and it’s no longer showing, it means the authorization expired and dropped off. You weren’t charged after all. It was just a temporary hold on the funds. You can check your bank account or card used to see if the money is released or not.

thank you so much for the clearance ☺️@sharpiemarker , i’ve been checking everyday for the fund to appear in my bank but still no luck. But i guess now its only matter of time for my bank to refund me 🙂 will check with them too with the refund date.

damn.. same actually @Christylsy ,me and my friends were using Maybank but still haven’t gotten any amount yet. But we can keep each other updated when there’s an update 😮💨
