Link my gcash to paymaya

I tried it so many times but it wont connect and Gxchange Your preapproved payments plan has been cancelled thats alway showing

Its for transferring money from paypal to gcash and paypal wont link with my gcash account i dont have a bank account on paypal so im using gcash to withdraw
